The latest build released to the Fast ring comes with an important improvement that makes it possible for users to remove most of the apps that are bundled with Windows 10.
This tweet reveals that Fast ring users can remove more stock Windows 10 apps by going to from Settings > Apps & features > Uninstall. And then clicking on the app that they wish to remove and then clicking or tapping on the uninstall button.
Obviously, for the moment, not all apps come with removal support, but Microsoft is most likely working on adding this functionality right now.
And things could further improve on this regard for instance.
