Xbox One March Update Preview

[javajolt]

Larry ‘Major Nelson’ Hyrb and Richard Irving from the Xbox One Engineering Team created and posted a video showing off features and improvements coming to the console next month in the third Xbox One system update.

These changes include:

• The Friends List will be the first thing you see on the Social application

• Party Chat will be enabled when you enter a party, rather than you having to manually turn it on

• Players will be able to enter Party Chats with people who are not on the same game, just like the Xbox 360

• All future games with multiplayer will feature an “Invite friends to game” option

• The Recent Players tab from the Xbox 360 will be added to the Xbox One
