Microsoft still has to launch the Surface on October 25 during an event scheduled to be held in New York but, it’s still unclear whether the tablet by Microsoft would be available globally or it would be launched in US only. A new report suggests that Surface would be launched in China which means we may see a worldwide launch of first Windows 8 tablet by Microsoft.
WPDang.com through sources in China reports that Microsoft will be launching Surface in China via the platform of Suning, a local retailer.
It’s still a rumor but, it is possible that Microsoft will launch the Surface tablet globally as we have already covered a detailed article on whether Surface will be launched globally or not in which we also discussed that Microsoft may choose local retailers in big countries around the world for Surface launch.
With just 15 days remaining till the official launch of Surface followed by Windows 8 on October 26, everyone is hoping that Microsoft will launch the tablet globally not just in US or some selective countries.
