Office 2007 setup crash

Office 2003 and 2007 runs here at W7 Build 7000 and 6956 and 6801 100%

U got this problem ?:
The application error dialog appears states,
"Microsoft Setup Bootstrapper has stopped working." The error from the event
log is, "Faulting application setup.exe_Microsoft Setup Bootstrapper, version
12.0.4518.1014, time stamp 0x454280c5, faulting module unknown, version
0.0.0.0, time stamp 0x00000000, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset
0x0004d830, process id 0xc24, application start time 0x01c7449f6ad7ef39."

Possible solutions:
1. The install Dvd is not damaged/ scratched?
2. Try to install it from a another Dvd drive so not the one U used.
3. Copy the Office Dvd content to a map on Your root at drive *C:
for example *C:\office install or into temp and run it. *The Win7 drive letter.
4. Nothing works yet? try to run the file as Admin. by rightclicking on the .exe file--> choose run as Administrator,
5. Note: U have to do a new clean install and not copy C:\...\Office\etc..
