don't know where the none working software is posted in this forum so am putting it under the general tab.
Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer installs fine however, does not recognize windows 7 as an operating system, hence does not/cannot perform a computer or network scan. that makes it unusable! which really is a bummer as i use it all the time when working on new installs so as to make sure i have the latest patches and updates.
sure hope microsoft will take an upgrade to that fine utility into consideration.
have yet to try Secunia, which is a cloud/web based scanner and an absolutely fantastic one at that.
