I have to admit I’ve heard about the Colorfly brand before, so I’m not exactly surprised to see one of their tablets being such a hot offer online. The model in question here is the Colorfly G708, an octa core slate priced at just $64.

This model packs a MediaTek MT6592 octa core CPU, which is a pretty popular choice among tablet and phone makers. It integrates an IPS display with a 7 inch diagonal and a 1280 x 800 pixel resolution. It does phone calls and offers 3G connectivity, plus it comes with a colourful case. The screen uses OGS technology and is able to show 16 million colors.
This slate adopts an unusual design, that involves a baby blue hue and a series of lines traced across its back side. It measures 9.5 mm in thickness and it’s very well polished according to its maker. Colorfly G708 offers a soft matte texture at the back and great grip. It integrates a front and back camera, a SIM slot and it can work on Chinese networks like China Mobile and China Unicom.
The OS here is Android 4.4, without too much customization from the slate maker.
