Another Windows 10 build has just been spotted online, going by version number 9860, signaling that Microsoft has recently compiled a (relatively) major upgrade to the upcoming OS.

This testing build is now said to be in the possession of partners and private testers.

And although it’s still part of the preview development stage, build 9860 apparently comes with more languages than previous compilations of Windows 10. New languages include Arabic and Korean, meaning Redmond is probably getting it tested in these regions.

In fact, word is that this particular build is only available to a very limited group of testers.

Here is the complete build string in case you go looking for it:

9860.0.141008-1904.winmain_CLIENTENTERPRISE_VOL_x86fre_en-gb

The final few characters will obviously change, depending on the language of that particular copy.

But there is little chance that this one will leak out for everyone to download — all thanks to the new system whereby Microsoft digitally signs each individual copy of these Windows builds.

No information on what other changes are part of this new flavor, as they are yet to be disclosed, but the software titan is expected to update the existing version with new improvements in the coming weeks, with the idea bring regular refreshes to the Technical Preview once or twice a month.
