There's a new update available for Outlook 2013 that provides all the latest fixes, but also includes stability and performance improvements.
Important to this update is that if Office 2013 was installed using the legacy MSI-based method, the only way to obtain the update is from the Microsoft Download center.
Those that installed Office 2013 using the new Click-to-Run method, this update is available automatically and you don't need to worry about obtaining it.

If you used the MSI-based method to deploy Office 2013 (which I imagine will be the majority of Enterprise customers who utilize standard deployment technologies) you'll need to grab the download(s) and create a new deployment for this update.
