It seems that Microsoft may be ready with the first beta version of Windows 8 for tablets at the end of July, a month after the fiscal year of the company. The information comes from Business Insider and is based on data from a source at Microsoft. In his opinion the company has a new direction to design the interface that will take some elements from Windows Phone 7. According to previous rumors first beta version of the operating system will be designed specifically for use with tablets and it can be ready in late September. Microsoft, however, usually have more than one beta version and more than one final version, so it is possible to really see betas as in July and in late September.
