Nintendo's new handheld the 3DS has already been hacked to play pirated games. Hackers had bootleg DS titles running on the device within 24 hours of its Japanese launch on Saturday. This was achieved using the R4 flashcart, and the modification of a 'whitelist' found in the 3DS firmware which dictated what software and cartridges it will run.

At present, this whitelist must be manually hacked by any user attempting to run copied software on their 3DS. "Expect Nintendo to release a firmware update to block the R4 cards once again."

I play Oddworld, Pokemon, Mario, Crash Bandicoot and Tetris. I also have a Wii and I have games like Wii Fit Plus, Mario Kart and Mario Galaxy 2.

I also have a 3DS with the Sims 3 and I have the PC/Mac copy as well. On my Steam account I have all the Oddworld games and Battlefield Bad Company 2 but someone hacked into my account and bought that.
